Can I order on this website?

Booking happens in the Bubbletwist app. Download it to find a store, see prices and place your order. This website helps you get to know the service.

Do you serve my address?

Set your location in the app to check store coverage. If your address is outside the service range, you can browse the default store but cannot place an out-of-range order.

Do I need to know the weight?

No. Select individual items or an approximate item count. Where weight billing is available, the store measures and confirms it. Items may be billed by item, weight or a combination after review.

Is pickup and delivery free?

Fees and free-service criteria are set by each store. Checkout shows the applicable charges after offers and before Bubble Points redemption. Walk-in has no pickup or delivery charge.

Can I cancel an order?

Customer cancellation is available only before the order is set out for pickup. Check your order details in the app. Contact support for later changes or store-handover situations.

How do refunds work?

Contact support about the affected order. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 days. The applicable terms explain the process and store responsibilities.
