Checkout displays the estimate and applicable pickup/delivery fees. The store checks the laundry and confirms the final bill using actual items or measured weight where supported.
Cancellations & refunds
Customer cancellation is available before an order is set out for pickup. Contact support for a concern. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 days.
Care & responsibility
The store shown on your order carries out the laundry service and handles service concerns. Bubbletwist provides the supporting platform and communication tools. Refer to the terms for responsibilities and applicable rights.
